Also, as a sister company and now as a merged division, Horizon Real Estate & Investment, which was founded in 1974 and is now known as Horizon Mortgage Corporation, is one of the leading commercial real estate firms on the West Coast of Florida and is the largest as far as closings are concerned in Sarasota.

The staff includes Licensed Mortgage Brokers and Licensed Real Estate Brokers with CCIM affiliations. The principal stockholders are lifelong Florida residents active in civic affairs.
