Stephanie Olivieri

Stephanie Olivieri has been an employee of Horizon Mortgage Corporation since August 2006 in which she immediately began training in all aspects of commercial real estate sales and financing. She been involved in the underwriting of every property type and has successfully handled $93,000,000 in closings including the financing and sales of Medical Office Buildings, Assisted Living Facilities, Retail Centers, and Self Storage Facilities.

Stephanie has the privilege of working under her father, N.J. Olivieri who is not only an outstanding boss but a great teacher and mentor. He has 40 years of commercial knowledge and Stephanie has had the amazing opportunity to work with him. She has been instructed on every aspect and property type of commercial real estate.

Stephanie is currently a CCIM candidate. Along with being active in the commercial marketplace, Stephanie has remained very active in her community. She is an active member of the Sarasota Young Professionals Group, Downtown Partnerships, and Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. She coaches girls’ volleyball for Cardinal Mooney High School and Suncoast Travel Volleyball. She has also volunteered with such companies as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Relay For Life, and Club-Z Tutoring.

Stephanie Olivieri graduated from the University of Florida with honors in 2006. She was a member of Women in Business and the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She was also involved in many community service and volunteer programs throughout her term in Gainesville, Florida.
