Eric Mortimer

A native of Memphis, TN, Eric Mortimer attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and the University of Memphis. Eric graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Management Information Systems. During graduate school at the University of Memphis, Eric served as an academic counselor in the Fogelman College of Business and worked in the Fogelman College Information Technology Department. Eric’s background in Engineering and Management Information Systems has provided him with an invaluable analytical mindset, which has proved to be very beneficial in the area of real estate sales and finance. Eric is currently a CCIM candidate, a member of the Young Professionals Group of Sarasota, and has affiliations with the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Eric has been very active in the medical field having recently closed on two equity raises as well as secured financing for local physicians through conduit financing, SBA financing, capital lease structures, and conventional bank financing. Additional closings include conduit refinancing a Class A medical office building, acquisition financing for a medical office condominium, and acquisition / development financing for a local restaurant.
